Hotel & Resort Landscaping — Nationwide

Your Guests Will Never See Us.
They'll Only See This.

We sequence sod, irrigation, and planting around your occupancy calendar. Work starts at 5 a.m. and disappears before your lobby fills.

Transparent Process

Sequenced Around
Your Occupancy Calendar.

A standard 34-day install. Every phase timed so your guests experience only the result — never the process.

01

Pre-Construction Survey

Day 1–3

We walk every wing with your ops director. Irrigation shutoffs, occupied-room adjacencies, and loading-dock access mapped before a single tool leaves the truck.

No disruption
02

Soil Prep & Sub-Grade

Day 4–9

Grading and soil amendment happen in the pre-dawn window, 4:30–7:00 a.m. Haul routes avoid lobby approaches. Areas return to guest-ready condition before breakfast service.

Pre-dawn only
03

Irrigation Rough-In

Day 10–16

Trenching follows wing-by-wing occupancy data you provide weekly. Pressure-tested same day. No open trenches overnight, no trip hazards near guest pathways.

Wing-by-wing
04

Hardscape & Stone Setting

Day 17–24

Entry drives, path borders, and pool-deck coping set by a dedicated masonry crew. Wet-saw cutting happens in a designated staging area, never within earshot of occupied rooms.

Staged zones
05

Planting & Sod Install

Day 25–31

Palms, shrubs, and groundcovers installed in the final pass. Sod rolls out last — guests see the finished lawn, never the bare soil. Irrigation activated and audited day 31.

06

Punch & Handoff

Day 32–34

Final walk with your GM and chief engineer. Every head adjusted, every edge trimmed. As-built irrigation map delivered in PDF and CAD for your facilities file.
